Your Stix account

Delete your account

A deletion request signs you out immediately and is reviewed before permanent removal. Once approved, it removes your Stix profile, prompts, generated stickers, owned sheets, memberships, push tokens, spatial placements, and unused credits.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Stix and tap your account.
  2. Scroll to the privacy and account controls.
  3. Choose Delete account, then approve the warning.
  4. Sign in again with Apple or Google when prompted to confirm your identity.
  5. You will be signed out and cannot sign in while review is pending.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@aleflabs.io from the address connected to your Stix account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

What may remain

Access is disabled as soon as the request is submitted. We target review within seven days; if a request is rejected, access is restored. After approval, active-system cleanup may take up to 30 days. We may retain de-identified records and limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or dispute records where the law requires or permits it.
